The vision is that more municipalities will join, as more of the salmon and sea trout rivers of Jutland become part of Riverfisher. In this way we can stand together to strengthen Jutland as a very attractive fishing destination.
The promotion of the unique angling opportunities in the rivers includes telling interesting stories about the great work to restore the rivers that is being done by volunteer anglers and the local municipalities. Many important aims have been achieved already. As a result, the rivers have become a growth engine able to create attractive rural areas and activities in the small communities and cities along the rivers. The local economy benefits from anglers spending money on tackle, groceries, hotels, restaurants, fishing guides etc. Furthermore, as the fishing improves more anglers become members of the local angling associations.
In this way, Riverfisher benefits everyone.

A LOGO
WITH A MESSAGE
The Riverfisher logo is composed of three elements: An angler, a salmon and rings in the water. All elements are central to our values. Riverfisher will create unique conditions for anglers and salmonids and we encourage all interested parties to join our work to create a sustainable and attractive angling destination. We wish to let the rings spread, so to say.
